Will a new sleep study be required?
Not at all. We are a proponent of working with any data available and determining if a new sleep study is needed.
Can I do my annual compliance visit through Silver Sage?
Absolutely. We will work diligently to obtain a compliance report to review and have the ability to send a new prescription for supplies.
Will my insurance be used for a new CPAP and/or supplies?
Yes. We will work with your insurance to send off the appropriate orders to your DME of choice.
Will I need a follow up visit to review my sleep study?
No. Once we obtain results we will reach out through either a phone call or message to follow up on results and discuss options.
If insurance requires it, will I be able to complete my new device follow up in 30-90 days?
Yes. If we decide to work with insurance for your CPAP and insurance requires a 30-90 day follow up, we will be happy to do a follow up telecare visit.
Can I work with Silver Sage to obtain nighttime oxygen?
Yes. If work up prior had suggested working with oxygen alone at night, we can certainly work with your insurance and DME of choice to get a prescription sent off.
Can Silver Sage evaluate my sleep apnea to see if I am a candidate for Inspire the new hypoglossal stimulator?
Yes. A consult to see if you are a candidate for Inspire is available. As well, we can help you understand what you would need to do if you are not currently a candidate.
Does Silver Sage see and care for patient's with Insomnia?
Yes. We are able to help understand Insomnia and provide treatment plan options ranging from CBTi to appropriate pharmacological regimens or both if needed.
